كشف مركز حنظلة للأسرى والمحررين، اليوم الأربعاء، عن تفاصيل احتجاز الطالب والمترجم الفلسطيني – الإيطالي خالد القيسي من قبل الاحتلال حسب رواية زوجته وأمه الإيطاليتين

وبحسب المركز، في بيانٍ له، فإنّه يوم الخميس الماضي، احتجزت السلطات "الإسرائيلية" خالد القيسي، وهو زوج فرانتشسكا أنتينوتشي، وابن لوتشيا ماركِتّي الإيطاليتين، وما يزال أسيرًا حتى اليوم بانتظار التحقق من عناصر صياغة اتهام ضده.

ووفقًا لحنظلة، فإنّ "خالد، الذي يحمل الجنسيتين الإيطالية والفلسطينية، كان يعبر معبر "اللنبي" الحدودي مع زوجته وابنه بعد قضاء إجازة مع عائلته في بيت لحم بفلسطين، وعند فحص الأمتعة والوثائق، وبعد انتظار طويل، تم تقييد يديه تحت أعين ابنه البالغ من العمر 4 سنوات وزوجته وجميع الحاضرين الذين كانوا ينتظرون أن يتمكنوا من استئناف رحلتهم".

وقال المركز، نقلًا عن زوجة القيسي، إنّها "طلبت إيضاحًا عن سبب اعتقاله ولم تتلقَ أي رد، بل جرى استجوابها ثم إرسالها مع ابنها إلى الأراضي الأردنية، من دون هاتف، ومن دون نقود أو أي إمكانية للتواصل في دولة أجنبية"، مضيفةً أنّه "في وقت متأخر من بعد الظهر، تمكنت زوجته وطفلها من الوصول إلى السفارة الإيطالية في عمان بفضل كرم بعض السيدات الفلسطينيات".

وأشار حنظلة، إلى أنّ "القيسي، مترجم وطالب في قسم اللغات والحضارات الشرقية في جامعة روما، ويتمتع بتقدير واحترام من يعرفه لالتزامه بجمع ونشر وترجمة المواد التاريخية الفلسطينية، وهو أحد مؤسسي مركز التوثيق الفلسطيني، وهي جمعية تعمل على التعريف بالثقافة الفلسطينية في إيطاليا، لافتًا إلى أنّه "عائلة خالد وأصدقائه وكل من أتيحت لهم فرصة معرفته، ما زالوا ينتظرون بفارغ الصبر تلقي أخبارًا عنه، وحتى هذه اللحظة لم يتمكن من مقابلة محاميه، ولا تزال الأنباء بشأن سلامته قليلة، وكل ما علمناه من القنصلية والمحامي أنه سيواجه جلسة استماع يوم الخميس السابع من شهر أيلول الجاري".

وأضافت المركز نقلًا عن زوجته: "نظن أن خالد في عزلة تامة، دون اتصال بالعالم الخارجي، دون إدراك حقيقي لمرور الوقت، تحت ضغط استجوابات مستمرة، ولا بد أنه قلق على مصير ابنه وزوجته اللذين تركهما في خطر وفي عيونهما صورة اعتقاله وسوقه مكبل اليدين"، مشيرةً إلى أنّ الوضع خطير للغاية. نحن نتطلع إلى وضع حد لهذا السجن الظالم. ونطلب مِن كل مَن لديه القدرة أن يستعلم عن الحالة الصحية لخالد، وقبل كل شيء، أن يمارس كل الضغوط اللازمة للإفراج السريع عنه".

Al controllo dei bagagli e dei documenti, dopo una lunga attesa, è stato ammanettato sotto lo sguardo incredulo del figlio di 4 anni, della moglie nonché di tutti i presenti che erano in attesa di poter riprendere il proprio percorso
Alle richieste di delucidazioni della moglie non è seguita risposta alcuna, piuttosto le sono state sottoposte domande per poi essere allontanata col proprio figlio verso il territorio giordano, senza telefono, senza contanti né contatti, in un paese straniero
Nel tardo pomeriggio la moglie e il bambino sono riusciti a raggiungere l'Ambasciata Italiana solo grazie alla umana generosità di alcune signore palestinesi

Khaled, traduttore e studente di Lingue e Civiltà Orientali all'Università La Sapienza di Roma, stimato per il suo appassionato impegno nella raccolta e divulgazione e traduzione di materiale storico palestinese, è tra i fondatori del Centro Documentazione Palestinese, associazione che mira a promuovere la cultura palestinese in Italia

La famiglia, gli amici ma anche chi ha semplicemente avuto occasione di conoscerlo, sono in fremente attesa di avere aggiornamenti
Al momento ancora non ha potuto incontrare il suo avvocato e sono ancora poche le notizie che si hanno riguardo alla sua incolumità
Dal consolato e dal legale abbiamo saputo solo che affronterà un'udienza giovedì 7
settembre

Immaginiamo intanto Khaled in completo isolamento, senza contatti col mondo esterno, senza percezione reale dello scorrere del tempo, sotto la pressione di continui interrogatori, in pensiero angosciato per la sorte del proprio figlio e di sua moglie lasciati allo sbaraglio con l'unica immagine negli occhi relativa alla sua deportazione in manette

La situazione è dunque gravissima
Attendiamo con grande ansia la risoluzione di questa ingiusta prigionia.
Chiediamo a chiunque ne abbia il potere, che si accerti delle condizioni di salute di Khaled e che soprattutto eserciti tutte le pressioni necessarie per la sua celere liberazione

The wife's requests for explanations were not answered, rather she was asked questions and then sent off with her son to Jordanian territory, without telephone, cash or contacts, in a foreign country

Khaled, a translator and student of the department of Oriental Languages and Civilisations at the University of Rome, esteemed for his passionate commitment to the collection, dissemination and translation of Palestinian historical material, is one of the founders of the Palestinian Documentation Centre, an association that aims to promote Palestinian culture in Italy

Le 31 août, Khaled El Qaisi, respectivement mari et fils des autrices de cette lettre, a été arrêté par les autorités israéliennes et est toujours emprisonné à titre préventif dans l'attente de la vérification des éléments permettant de l'inculper

Jeudi dernier, Khaled, qui a la double nationalité italienne et palestinienne, traversait le poste frontière d'Allenby avec sa femme et son fils après avoir passé ses vacances en famille à Bethléem, en Palestine

Au contrôle des bagages et des documents, après une longue attente, il a été menotté sous le regard incrédule de son fils de 4 ans, de sa femme, ainsi que de toutes les personnes présentes qui attendaient de reprendre leur voyage

Les demandes d'explications de son épouse n'ont pas été entendues. Elle a été interrogée puis renvoyée avec son fils en territoire jordanien, sans téléphone, sans argent et sans contact, dans un pays étranger

En fin d'après-midi, la femme et l'enfant n'ont pu atteindre l'ambassade d'Italie que grâce à la générosité humaine de quelques dames palestiniennes

Khaled, traducteur et étudiant en langues et civilisations orientales à l'université La Sapienza de Rome, apprécié pour son engagement passionné dans la collecte, la diffusion et la traduction de matériel historique palestinien, est l'un des fondateurs du Centre de Documentation Palestinien, une association qui vise à promouvoir la culture palestinienne en Italie

Sa famille et ses amis, mais aussi ceux qui ont simplement eu l'occasion de le rencontrer, attendent avec impatience des nouvelles

Pour l'instant, il n'a pas encore pu rencontrer son avocat et nous n'avons eu que peu de nouvelles de sa sécurité

Tout ce que nous avons appris  de la part du consulat et de son avocat, c'est qu'il sera entendu par les autorités israéliennes le jeudi 7 septembre 2023

En attendant, nous imaginons Khaled dans un isolement total, sans contact avec le monde extérieur, sans perception réelle du temps qui passe, sous la pression d'interrogatoires incessants, angoissé par le sort de son propre fils et de sa femme laissés en plan avec pour seule image dans la tête son expulsion menottes aux poignets

La situation est très grave

Nous attendons avec beaucoup d'anxiété sa libération

Nous demandons à qui de droit de s'assurer de l'état de santé de Khaled et, surtout, d'exercer toutes les pressions nécessaires pour sa libération rapide
